Accessibility Statement
Our conformance target, what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us if something on this site does not work for you.
Built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Greiner Physical Therapy wants everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on a browser’s zoom or high-contrast settings, to be able to find our hours, read about our services, and book an appointment.
This website is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Section 504 rule from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and widely used as the benchmark under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Full conformance with an external standard on a site this size is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task. This page will be updated as we review the site and make changes.
Measures we have taken.
We built and tested this site against WCAG 2.1 AA before launch, and made changes across the whole site rather than a handful of pages, since nearly every page here shares the same header, footer, navigation and page templates.
This does not stop at launch.
We periodically re-test this site as content and pages are added, using both automated tools and manual keyboard and screen reader testing. If a new page or feature falls short of this standard, we will fix it or note it here.
Where we know we are not perfect yet.
No website is perfectly accessible to every person and every assistive technology in every situation. The items below are the ones we are already aware of.
Tell us if something does not work.
If you use assistive technology and something on this site does not work the way it should, we want to hear about it directly, not just from an audit. Contact us using either of the methods below and describe the page and the problem as best you can.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
September 2026.
This statement was last reviewed and updated in September 2026, alongside a site-wide WCAG 2.1 AA remediation pass.
