Our original clinic, open since 2021 at 170 Montauk Hwy, with private treatment rooms, the larger gym floor and the Parkinson’s boxing program.
Opened in 2021, and the rule survived the building.
The practice started in 2015 as one therapist driving to patients across the Hamptons. In 2021 it got an address: 170 Montauk Hwy, Unit 1, in Speonk, minutes from Westhampton, straight off Montauk Highway with parking at the door.
What did not change was the hour. You get a private treatment room for the hands-on work and a real gym floor for the loaded work, and the same licensed physical therapist stays with you across both. No assistants, no aides.
This is the bigger of our two clinics: dumbbells up to heavy, cable machines and a rack, treadmills and ellipticals, parallel bars for gait work, an agility ladder down the middle of the floor, and the branded heavy bags used in the boxing program.

Directions, parking and the first visit.
The clinic is at 170 Montauk Hwy, Unit 1, in Speonk, Suffolk County, minutes from Westhampton. Coming from Hampton Bays or Westhampton Beach, it is a straight run along Montauk Highway.
There is ample on-site parking. Give yourself a few extra minutes on a first visit for the paperwork, and wear something you can move in.

The full gym floor
A rack, cables, dumbbells, treadmills, ellipticals and open floor space, which is what makes loaded rehab possible instead of theoretical.
The boxing program
Rock Steady Boxing for the Parkinson’s community runs here, head coached by Seth Greiner, with the heavy bags on site.
Private treatment rooms
Hands-on treatment happens behind a door, on a table, rather than in a curtained corner of a busy room.
