A Look Inside Both Clinics

Real photographs of the Speonk gym floor, the private treatment rooms, the equipment we actually use, and the Quogue office on Jessup Avenue.

Two buildings, one way of working.

Every photograph below was taken in one of our two clinics. Nothing here is stock, nothing is a rendering, and nothing has been borrowed from a photo library to make a room look larger than it is.

Speonk opened in 2021 and is the original clinic: a wide, sunlit gym floor with treadmills along the windows, a full equipment wall, cable towers, and private treatment rooms off to the side. Quogue is the second location, a smaller office on Jessup Avenue, opened with a ribbon cutting and a crowd of neighbours.

What you will not find in these pictures is a row of four patients working through printed sheets while one therapist circles the room. That absence is deliberate, and it is the reason the floor plan looks the way it does.

What you are looking at, in order.

The photographs are grouped the way you would actually walk it: the entrance and front desk first, then the Speonk gym floor, then the treatment rooms and the equipment, and finally the Quogue office and the day it opened.

Captions describe what is genuinely in each frame. Where a photograph shows a machine, it is named. Where it shows a treatment room, it is not called something grander.

Private rooms, then the machines.

Hands-on work happens in a private treatment room, not on a table in the middle of a busy floor. The rebuild that follows it happens on the equipment below: cable towers for graded loading, a Shuttle for early post-surgical work, bikes and an elliptical for conditioning and gait.

None of it is exotic and none of it is the point on its own. The point is a licensed physical therapist deciding what you use, when, and how much of it.
