Search for physical therapy near you out here and you get a page of clinics claiming every town on the South Fork. We have two addresses: 170 Montauk Hwy, Unit 1 in Speonk, and 132 Jessup Ave in Quogue. Both are real clinics with real hours and their own maps.
Between them they serve The Hamptons, Hampton Bays, Westhampton Beach, Quogue and the wider Suffolk County. Speonk sits on Montauk Highway minutes from Westhampton, which makes it the straightforward drive from Hampton Bays and Westhampton Beach. Quogue is in the village, on Jessup Ave.
If neither drive works, mobile physical therapy brings a licensed physical therapist to your house, and online therapy covers the weeks you are away. What we will not do is claim an office in a town where we do not have one.

Which clinic should you book?
Speonk is the original clinic and the bigger one: private treatment rooms plus a full gym floor, a rack, cables, parallel bars, and the heavy bags for the boxing program. If your plan needs loaded work, or you are coming for Rock Steady Boxing, book Speonk.
Quogue is the newer office, in the village on Jessup Ave, and what runs there is one-on-one physical therapy with a licensed physical therapist. If you live in or near Quogue and want the shorter drive three times a week, book Quogue.
Hours differ between them. Speonk runs 9:00am to 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and opens at 7:00am on Tuesday and Thursday. Quogue runs 9:00am to 7:30pm on Monday and Wednesday, 8:00am to 6:30pm on Tuesday and Friday, and opens at 7:00am on Thursday. Both are closed Saturday and Sunday.
