The Quogue Office
Our newer location at 132 Jessup Ave: one-on-one physical therapy with a licensed physical therapist, in the middle of Quogue village.
A second address, the same hour.
Quogue came after Speonk, and it exists for a plain reason: for a lot of patients on this side of the highway, the drive was the thing getting in the way of showing up three times a week.
The office sits on Jessup Ave in the village, parking on site, the door right off the sidewalk. Inside it is one bright treatment floor with windows on three sides, a functional trainer, treatment space, and a desk where somebody knows your name before you say it.
What you get here is what you get in Speonk: a full session, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, start to finish. Dr. Jack Calisi, PT, DPT is the clinician the practice places in Quogue.

Jessup Ave, parking, and the Friday difference.
The office is at 132 Jessup Ave in Quogue village, with on-site parking and the door straight off the sidewalk.
Friday is where the two offices genuinely differ. Quogue runs 8:00am to 6:30pm while Speonk runs 9:00am to 7:30pm, so between them Friday is covered from 8:00am right through to 7:30pm.
What this office is for.
One-on-one physical therapy
A full session with a licensed physical therapist, evaluation through discharge, with nobody else waiting on your therapist.
Hands-on treatment
The manual work that starts most plans, joint and soft tissue work, then the exercise that holds the change in place.
Early and late appointments
Quogue opens at 7:00am on Thursday and at 8:00am on Tuesday and Friday, and runs until 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The gym floor is in Speonk
The larger gym floor and the Rock Steady Boxing program run at our Speonk clinic, west along Montauk Highway. Your therapist will tell you if your plan needs it.
