Greiner Physical Therapy is a growth-minded physical therapy company, and we are looking for an experienced, full-time physical therapist to join the team at our Speonk, NY location. You carry your own caseload and treat one-on-one, which means the plan of care you write is the plan of care that actually gets delivered.
The caseload is genuinely mixed, from athletes to seniors, so the diagnostic work stays interesting and your skill set keeps widening. You should be comfortable working independently and making your own clinical decisions, and you should also enjoy problem-solving out loud with your peers.
This suits someone who loves working with patients, enjoys the diagnostic puzzle, and is committed to ongoing learning. It does not suit someone looking to coast: this is a team of people who work hard, tell jokes, and take the outcome personally.
