Nick Semack
Nick is a patient care coordinator. His job is to make the scheduling and the administrative side of your care as easy as possible, so the only thing you have to think about is recovering.

Nick grew up in New York, first in the city and then in Westchester County, and he is now a full-time resident of Hampton Bays. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2025 with a degree in neuroscience, and he has a background in sales, property management, and clinical research on Parkinson’s disease.
He is new to the patient care coordinator role and came to it from customer service, in leasing on one side and clinical research on the other. Day to day, he helps schedule and arrange patient appointments, maintains patient records, and assists with insurance and payment-related matters. The way he describes what he is aiming at: make the scheduling and administrative components of your care as accessible as possible, so you can focus on your recovery.
The Parkinson’s vocabulary is not new to him, which is useful at a clinic that runs Rock Steady Boxing classes for the Parkinson’s community. He says what he likes about working here is the environment, meeting new patients, and getting to watch their progress over the course of a plan of care. When he is not working he is playing with his two dogs, cooking, hiking, or on the guitar or the piano.
