Office Manager Jobs in Speonk, NY
Are you an office manager looking to advance your career without being buried in data entry, taking work home, or working long hours just to keep up? This is a full-time role at our Speonk clinic.
Run the office, not just the inbox.
Greiner Physical Therapy is a growth-minded physical therapy company, and we are currently seeking an experienced, full-time office manager to join our growing team at our Speonk, NY location. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while also committing to ongoing learning and professional development.
This is a leadership seat. You direct the front office team, you own the numbers, and you keep credentialing and insurance compliance from becoming somebody else’s emergency. The therapists treat; you make it possible for them to treat all day without stopping to fix the schedule.
It suits someone with a real interest in healthcare leadership and in building a small business, who would rather solve a problem once than firefight the same one every week.
The offer, stated plainly.
The practice publishes no figure for this role, so none appears here. Compensation is discussed directly, alongside the benefits below.
The full benefits package
Medical, dental, vision, 401k, accrued PTO, CEU reimbursement and holiday pay.
Mentorship and unlimited CEUs
A structured mentorship program, and no cap on the continuing education you take.
Monthly clinical education
All clinicians meet monthly for education classes covering joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, and blood flow restriction.
Flexibility with your schedule
Where a role allows it, the practice will build a part-time or full-time schedule around your life.
A team, not a roster
Greiner Physical Therapy is family owned and operated, and it works alongside its referral partners and their staff rather than around them.
Room to grow
The practice calls itself a growth-minded physical therapy company, and it means the career as well as the clinic.

The job as the practice describes it. It is a mix of leadership, finance and compliance, with real patient contact.

People-oriented
You enjoy interacting with people and working on group projects.
Adaptable and flexible
You enjoy work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
Detail-oriented
You would rather focus on the details of the work than the bigger picture.
What we need on paper.
