Physical Therapy for Hampton Bays, NY

One-on-one physical therapy for Hampton Bays, at our Quogue office in the village and our Speonk clinic further west on Montauk Highway.

Hampton Bays already knows us.

Seth Greiner, our founder, is the head coach of Rock Steady Boxing Hampton Bays, a noncontact boxing program for people with Parkinson’s. So Hampton Bays is not a town we picked off a map. It is a community we already work in.

For physical therapy, we do not have an office in Hampton Bays, and we will not claim one. Our Quogue office at 132 Jessup Ave is the closer of our two clinics, and the Speonk clinic at 170 Montauk Hwy, Unit 1 is further west, with the full gym floor.

At both, every session is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, start to finish. No assistants, no aides, no handoffs partway through.

Inside the Greiner Physical Therapy office in Quogue

Closer to Hampton Bays: Quogue, 132 Jessup Ave.

What Hampton Bays patients come in for.

People find us from Hampton Bays for joint replacements they want to recover from properly, backs and necks that keep flaring, shoulders that stop them on the water or the court, and balance and movement changes from Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.

The first visit is a full evaluation with a licensed physical therapist, real measurement of motion and strength, and treatment that starts the same day. You leave with a home program, not just a next appointment.

The larger clinic: Speonk, 170 Montauk Hwy, Unit 1.

Close enough to keep the plan.

Two to three visits a week

Recovery usually asks for two to three visits a week for four to six weeks. Quogue keeps that drive short from Hampton Bays.

One therapist, the whole session

A licensed physical therapist for the entire visit and the entire plan of care. No assistants, no aides, no handoffs.

Two offices to choose from

Quogue for the shorter trip, Speonk for the full gym floor. Same model of care at both.

Built around East End life

Boating, golf, tennis, pickleball, beach walking and gardening are the goals people bring us, so they are the goals we test you against.

What Hampton Bays patients ask before they call.

01 / Do you have an office in Hampton Bays?
No. Our closer office is in Quogue at 132 Jessup Ave, and our larger clinic is in Speonk at 170 Montauk Hwy, Unit 1. Both are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm.
02 / Do I need a referral to be seen?
Not in New York. Direct access lets you see a licensed physical therapist for up to 30 days or 10 visits, whichever comes first, with no doctor’s referral. If we find something that belongs with a physician, we tell you and help you get there.
03 / Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with Medicare and Medicare Advantage. With most other plans we are out of network, and we submit the claims on your behalf so you are not chasing paperwork. Medicaid is not accepted. Call us and we will check your specific plan before your first visit.
04 / Is Rock Steady Boxing the same as physical therapy?
No. Rock Steady Boxing Hampton Bays is a noncontact boxing class for people with Parkinson’s, coached by Seth. Physical therapy is one-on-one care with a licensed physical therapist. Many people with Parkinson’s do both, and we can help you decide where to start.

What one-on-one feels like from the table.

"Highly recommend. The staff is professional and friendly. Every therapist provides full attention and focus on improvement during entire session."
